Service Eligibility
Our services are available to customers aged 18 years and above. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Laundry Handling
We take great care in handling all garments. However, First Wash Laundry Makkah is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, fabric defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, or items that are not suitable for standard laundry or dry cleaning processes. Customers are responsible for informing us of any special care requirements at the time of pickup.
Ihram and Delicate Garments
Ihram garments are washed separately using gentle, perfume-free detergents. While we follow strict care procedures, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Delicate items are handled according to standard professional practices.
Separate Washing Policy
Each customer’s laundry is washed, dried, and packed separately to maintain hygiene and prevent mixing. This does not guarantee removal of all stains or discoloration caused prior to service.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, order volume, and operational conditions. Customers must be available at the scheduled time. Missed pickups or deliveries may result in rescheduling or delays.
Pricing and Weight
Laundry charges are based on the final weight and selected service. The weight is measured after pickup, and customers agree to the final pricing once confirmed. Prices may vary depending on garment type or special handling requirements.
Lost or Damaged Items
Customers must report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation, if approved, will not exceed three times the service charge of the affected item. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, including money or valuables.
Payments
Payments must be completed according to the agreed method at the time of order. We do not store credit card or sensitive payment information on our servers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are advised to check all garments upon delivery. By using our service, you confirm that your laundry does not contain prohibited, hazardous, or valuable items.

By contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website forms, you agree that First Wash Laundry Makkah may contact you regarding order updates, pickup, delivery, and customer support.
Service Refusal
First Wash Laundry Makkah reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, misuse, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.
